Since all of the 100,000 dollar bills are accounted for, your example is likely to be a counterfeit. The sale of counterfeit goods is illegal in many countries, and eBay has a policy against such items, so you may encounter problems if you try to sell your bill.

RM is Malaysian Ringgit, not USD. It may be a fraudulent note, or it may be a government-only note (like high denomination USD notes). I can't find any reference to the existence of an RM100000 note, so I have no idea if there are issues with selling it or not.
