The 1 ducat coin was a trade coin issued by the House of Auersperg of Austria some time during the reign of Johann Weikhard. It is listed in the Standard Catalog of World Coins 1601-1700 and Standard Catalog of World Gold Coins under the "Auersperg" section of "Austrian States".
The coin is composed of .986 fine gold and weighs approximately 3.5 grams. A bust of Johann Weikhard surrounded by a circle is featured on the obverse, while the coat of arms of the House of Auersperg, also encircled, is displayed on the reverse. The Numismatic Guaranty Corporation identifies the coin as rare, and its mintage is currently unknown.
