Giuseppe Romagnoli was an Italian engraver, medallist, and sculptor residing in Italy during the time of the Kingdom of Italy and the Italian Republic.

Romagnoli was born on December 14, 1872 in Bologna. He was later educated at the Collegio Artistico Venturoli, and then spent four years (from 1892 to 1896) learning new art styles. He became recognized as an artist in 1897, and began to regularly participate in art exhibitions in Venice.

Romagnoli's skills were eventually recognized by the Rome Mint, and he was given a job at the institution. During his life, Romagnoli designed a number of coins and medals for Albania, Italy, and Somalia. He died in Rome in 1966.
