The 10 soldo coin was issued by the Napoleonic Kingdom of Italy from 1808 to 1814.[1] It was equal to 0.50 lire, 10 soldi, and 50 centesimi.[3]
The coin was composed of silver, weighing 2.5 grams and measuring 18 millimeters in diameter. The engraver, Luigi Manfredini had engraved small stars into the coin's edge. On the obverse, he engraved a portrait of Napoleon, the king of Italy. On its reverse, he engraved the Iron Crown of Lombardy, a symbol of the kingdom.[1][2]
