Taavet Kohal is an Estonian artist.
In 2013, while a student at the Estonian Academy of Arts, Kohal won a public design competition for an Estonian 10 euro coin commemorating the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi. In late 2014 he entered another competition for a 10 euro piece dedicated to Eduard Vilde (1865–1933), a prominent Estonian author and diplomat. His design received third place.
