Hello Argadi, and welcome to Currency Wiki! There's a lot of stuff to do around here, so the community hopes you will stay with us and make more contributions.
Re: Why the warning on Index/Country? Edit
I believe that the template should be kept on the page to indicate it is not yet complete, but the warning does appear to be a bit strong, and discouraging minor edits for the moment will not aid in the page's expansion. Thank you for pointing this out. I'll get to changing the message right away.
Also, I have considering linking Index/Country to the main page, but I am still trying to decide where the link will be placed. If you have any ideas, I am open to suggestions. --Dser Bc · A (talk | )
CenterOnHyphen template Edit
I was looking at the currency history table on Liechtenstein, and it looks really odd. The hyphen, instead of being between the dates, is above them. The problem would look to be in [[Template:CenterOnHyphen]], which you created. The syntax is involved enough that I can't figure it out to fix it, so I'm just calling your attention to it so you might. -- BruceG 02:25, February 24, 2012 (UTC)
- Sorry for the problem. The logic isn't that bad, but the wiki template syntax gets very hard to read.
- What operating system and browser version are you using? Could you send me a screen shot via gmail? Argadi 09:39, February 24, 2012 (UTC)
- I do not know how to take screen shots on my computer. The problem seems to occur on my home machine (using Windows 7 and IE 9) but not on the library computer (using Windows XP and IE 7). -- BruceG 20:27, February 24, 2012 (UTC)
- Fixed. Exiting templates is a pain—endless curly brackets, and edit/preview uses the previous version of the template to render uses of the template inside the template page. Argadi 14:24, February 25, 2012 (UTC)
